How to live longer: vinegar lowers cholesterol, helps diabetes and weight loss

In a study published in the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, the acetic acid present in apple cider vinegar and how it can lower cholesterol in rats was analyzed.

One study found that taking vinegar with a high-carb meal increased feelings of fullness, leading participants to eat 200 to 275 calories less throughout the day.

Another study of 175 obese people found that consuming apple cider vinegar daily resulted in reduced belly fat and weight loss.

Apple cider vinegar has been shown to have a variety of healthy properties, including antimicrobial and antioxidant effects.

What’s more, evidence suggests that it may offer health benefits, such as aiding weight loss, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels, and improving symptoms of diabetes.
