According to experts, magnesium is an essential supplement needed for all symptoms of bad mood, including anxiety, listlessness, depression, headache, insecurity, irritability, restlessness, gossip and sulking.
Dr Wacker and Dr Parisi reported in 1968 that a magnesium deficiency can cause depression, behavioral disturbances, headaches, muscle cramps, seizures, ataxia, psychosis and irritability – claiming that ‘they are all reversible with the reconstitution of magnesium.
